I'm thrilled to be heading back to Whole Foods in celebration of World Vegan Month to cook a very special vegan brunch. I regret this isn't a ticketed event, but please follow the action on instagram! (@joeyscooking). While eating a fully vegan diet isn't the answer for all of us - myself included! - there is no denying that including more plant-based dishes into our weekly diet and reducing our consumption of animal protein, is so important, crucial even, for our own health and that of the environment.
