I am thrilled to be teaming up with my good friend Henrietta Inman (also a Suffolk girl!) for a two-night pop-up at Pump Street Bakery, as part of the Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival. The suppers are a celebration of our county’s best seasonal ingredients and spectacular local food.
The 5-course, vegcentric feast opens with a smoked haddock & Shipcord soufflé, and culminates in a molten dark chocolate tart. We are proud to be working with some of Suffolk’s best food producers throughout the menu, including Pinney's of Orford, Marybelle Dairy, Fen Farm Dairy, Hodmedod's, Maple Farm Kelsale, Pump Street Bakery, and, crucially, all vegetables from the Inman's garden!
Hen and I have become great friends thanks to the pop-up dining scene in London, where we both now work, but we're proud Suffolk girls at heart, and totally delighted to be hosting our first collaboration here.
