Catch me at 11:30am on the main stage making kimchi and talking gut health. We'll explore so many exciting ways to enjoy homemade kimchi in your cooking.
At 1:00pm I'll being discussing 'Gut health: trend or essential movement' on the Feast lectures stage - one of the most exciting topics within food and wellbeing at the moment; we'd love your thoughts so please come and join in the discussion!
Then at 2:00pm join me for a hands-on Sauerkraut workshop..! Come and learn the principles of fermenting at home and get creative with your very own jar of kraut to take away with you.
