Hare on the Hill, a vegcentric supper club which puts the thinking behind Food with Time into practice - seasonality, fermentation, and 'thinking beyond the plate'. Menus are directly inspired by Joey's weekly trips to her local farmers' market at Herne Hill. Hare on the Hill launched at Clapham Studios, but Joey has since taken it on the road... popping up at Liberty of London, the Isle of Man Food Festival, Salad Pride, and has collaborated with Salon in Brixton, Our London vodka, Yoga Brunch Club, and The Frog E1, amongst others. While Hare on the Hill has been put on hold since the launch of High Mood Food, some of Joey's favourite recipes now feature at the cafe!
